1. Eligibility for Returns
Because all Pawtaku products are custom-made, returns and refunds are accepted only in cases of misprinted, defective, or damaged items.
Claims must be raised within 5 days of delivery
An unboxing video, clear images of the issue, and original packaging are mandatory
Upon verification, Pawtaku will reprint and ship a replacement at no additional cost
2. Non-Defective Products
Returns or exchanges due to personal preferences (wrong size, change of mind, etc.) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. A new order must be placed at the buyer’s expense.
3. Reverse Pickup
For eligible returns, a reverse pickup may be arranged within 7 days of delivery. Reverse shipping costs are equal to forward shipping costs and apply to all items in the order, even if only defective items are returned.
4. Refunds
Refunds are not provided for print-on-demand products unless the item is defective or misprinted.
If approved, refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is caused by Pawtaku.
5. Important Notes
Claims submitted after 5 days from delivery will not be accepted
Refunds are not applicable for order failures due to incorrect customer information
Pawtaku reserves the right to assess disputes and make the final decision
