-It is sent for production

-Printing begins

-The order is prepared for shipping

At this stage, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Because all items are custom-made, orders cannot be refunded or canceled after artwork approval, except in cases of:

-Printing defects

-Damage during delivery
